Fabridoce- Doces Regionais SA is a Portuguese company specialized in Portuguese sweets and ice creams. It was founded in 1989 in Aveiro, one of the gastronomic pillars of the region in the center of Portugal, known for its Ovos Moles de Aveiro (Sweet Egg Delicacy), Conventual Sponge Cake, Egg Yarns and many other conventual sweets dating back to the 16th century. In the past few years, the company has explored the contemporary confectionery market with products such as Brigadeiros, Puddings, Chocolate Sponge Cake and, most recently, Ice Cream Mochis.
The company’s growth and consolidation strategy involves the continuous qualification of employees and good practices. Fabridoce has been an SME Excellence for 13 consecutive years, IFS certified since 2011 and employs more than 130 collaborators.
